We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information.

We don't sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This doesn't include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or other's rights, property, or safety.

Privacy & Safety


Our processing time is approximately 3 days, not including holidays and weekends.

During the holidays it can be up to 5 days.

USPS and UPS normally takes 2-3 transit days but may take up to 10 business days.

Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking information.

Orders can be canceled up to one hour after the order is placed.

You have 10 days from receiving the order to report any issues. 

Please check your order as soon as possible.

Damaged Order:  

If your order is damaged, please take photos of the damaged items, box, and labels and email them to us. You can choose to have the items refunded or replaced, we’ll ship it to the original shipping address at no additional charge.

Missing Order:

If your order is missing, please email us.  For missing orders, we will conduct a brief investigation of the location of the package. Once verified it is missing you can choose to have the order refunded or reshipped.  We can only reship to the address of the original order.

Incorrect Order: 

If your order is incorrect, please email us. Once verified it is incorrect, you can choose to have the items refunded or replaced, we’ll ship it to the original shipping address at no additional charge.  We may request you return incorrect items, at no additional charge.

Incorrect Address:

If you provided the incorrect address and the order is returned to us, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it a second time.


Eligible items must be unused, in original sealed packaging, and in saleable condition. 

Because we guarantee the safety and purity of our products, we can’t accept returns on any consumables including fragrance body oils, creams, or balms.

If you want to return an item, please email us within 10 days of receiving the order for a resolution or return of merchandise authorization.
